Why take piano lessons at Vet au piano?
A methodology that enables rapid learning of the piano
Having studied musicology, piano and music theory, I can easily combine music history, practice and theory.
This means that I can not only teach pupils the essential basics of music, but also place each style and each composer in its historical context. This makes learning much easier.
By understanding music and knowing why and in what context a composer wrote a particular piece, pupils learn much more quickly and, at the same time, find learning a lot of fun.
I teach all types of music, from classical to modern pop, including film music and more recent composers such as Ludovico Einaudi. My goal is to give students a good harmonic foundation and a good musical ear so that they can be independent in what they want to play and always enjoy playing the piano!

Each student is unique, each lesson is adapted
The pieces will always be chosen in agreement with the student, according to their objectives and desired progress, mixing all musical styles (classical, pop, film music, etc.) so that they always have fun playing their instrument.
Each Student is unique, which is why each lesson is prepared individually to meet their aspirations or objectives. It is very important to me that the lesson is characterised by kindness, sharing and discussion.
For children, I can hold regular interviews with parents in person or by telephone (after each lesson if necessary) to report on progress made and whether the desired objectives are being met.
I am very adaptable to the wishes of each student and therefore easily adapt to any situation.
